We usually reply within a few business days. English, Russian and Ukrainian are all fine.
Reporting a bug? In the game, open Settings → Send feedback. It prepares a report with
the game version, your device model and system version, the language, and your current run, so we
can reproduce the problem. Paste it into an email to us — nothing is sent unless you send it
yourself.
Frequently asked
How do I play? Each day you have five turns. Roll the die, move through
the rooms of the shelter and deal with what you find there — supplies, danger, or a piece of the
story. At night your people eat and drink and the bunker takes its toll. Keep food, water, health
and air above zero until the last day, and choose how it ends. The How to play card in
the game explains every number on the screen.
How do I open the other scenarios? Finishing runs earns experience;
new scenarios, characters and looks unlock as your level grows. Some scenarios can also be
opened early in the Shop.
Where is my progress? On your device, in the game's own save files.
There is no account and nothing is uploaded, so uninstalling the game removes your progress and
it cannot be moved to another phone. A run in progress is saved automatically — you can close
the game at any moment and continue later.
I bought something but don't have it. Purchases can take a moment to
arrive, and a purchase waiting for approval (for example "Ask to Buy" on iPhone, or a payment
in cash on Android) is delivered as soon as the store confirms it. On iPhone and iPad, open
Settings or the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. On Android, Google
Play returns your purchases on the next launch. If it still is not there, write to us with the
order number from your store receipt.
I bought "No Ads" but still see ads. "No Ads" (and the Starter Pack)
remove the ads that play between runs. Rewarded videos stay available on purpose — they are
always optional and give you something in return, like a second chance or extra supplies.
What does the game send, and can I turn it off? Ads come from Google
AdMob, and the game can send anonymous gameplay statistics and crash reports to Google Firebase —
never your progress, name or contact details. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you decide on
first launch and can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy options;
refusing turns statistics and crash reports off entirely and keeps ads non-personalised. On
iPhone, tracking can also be switched off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking;
on Android, the advertising ID can be deleted in your device's ad settings. The
Privacy Policy has the details.
Which languages does the game speak? English, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, German and Italian.
It follows your device language and can be changed in Settings.
